Worlds First Production Four Stroke Paramotor History

In 1995 these machines were in full production and sold over 80 units in 1995-1997.......

The Worlds First Powered Back Pack - ( For Hang Gliders!!) was built by an Australian in 1982.....

Our  German Friends advise us that two manufacturers ( B&H FlugSport and Buettner) were making Four Strokes in 1995 and 1996 using four stroke paramotor  engines designed for snow  - mobiles..

One manufacturer used an engine  similar to the one pictured.

List published in 1997.

 

1997 Records state:-

' A  European company  invented the worlds first Four Stroke paramotor and produced many of them - using four stroke engines with capacities up to 24hp - having good  power and good fuel economy......I enclose a B&H Flugsport brochure dating to 1996, with Quote showing a DavidV Vee Twin Four Stroke engine, Buettner is also using Four Strokes........'
